Capital Therapy’s clinical staff is a team of highly qualified, caring, professional, dedicated staff ready to help you. Our staff includes licensed psychiatrists, psychiatric ARNPs, psychologists and masters level therapists. They are comfortable treating the full range of psychiatric, behavioral and emotional issues from childhood through retirement. The clinicians at Capital Therapy know that no problem is small for the person experiencing it, and that everyone needs help sometimes.

Mark Reeves, PhD

Clinical Psychologist

Mark Reeves, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who graduated with honors from Florida State University, and is part of the training faculty at Florida State University’s Psychology Department.

Dr. Reeves has researched and published extensively, and presented nationally, on the assessment and treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder.

He has experience with a wide range of clients, and specializes in adolescent and adult psychotherapy, and psychological testing. He works with individuals, couples, families and groups.

    Evelyn Smith, BSN, MSN

    Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

    Evelyn Smith, BSN, MSN, is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Psychiatry, who trained at Florida State University and Georgia State University.

    She has worked as an advanced psychiatric nurse for over twenty years, providing psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individual and family therapy. She specializes in psychiatric evaluation and treatment of adults and families.

      Melody Agbunag, MD


      Dr. Melody Agbunag is board certified in adult and child psychiatry. She completed her residency at Albany Medical Center in New York.Dr. Agbuna has been working with children since 1989. She specializes in psychiatric evaluations as well as medication management.

        June Singletary, BS, MS, LCSW

        Clinical Social Worker

        June Singletary, BS, MS, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who was trained at Florida State University. She has been in practice for more than twenty years, providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families. She has extensive experience working with children and families, as well as individuals in recovery from trauma and abuse.

        She has been trained in the practice of play therapy with school-aged children, as well as treatment for children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD, mood disorders and behavioral problems. She specializes in therapy with children.
