Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychological counseling (psychotherapy) done to help family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. This can involve conversations, role-playing and education, so that families can learn better ways to solve problems without destructive fighting.

At Capital Therapy, family therapy is provided by licensed psychologists, clinical social workers and licensed therapists with experience in helping families work together.
